Water for Healthy Skin
Drinking lots of water is healthy for you and your skin. It ‘cleans’ your body by going through your system and flushing out the unhealthy substances. Also, it hydrates your skin; your body is an equilibrium system, when you introduce to more water, your cells goes through osmosis and absorbs more water and inflates, making your skin look more smooth.
